LIBERI TUTTI!
DANCE AND MOVEMENT LABORATORY FOR ADULTS WITH DISABILITY
"Liberi tutti!" is a workshop conducted by the dancer Ilaria Bagarolo designed especially for the guests of the RAF Community Elsa, disabled adults with psycho-physical and medium-severe intellectual deficits.

A practice dedicated to dance, understood this time as free and improvised movement, aimed at discovering the pleasure of movement by drawing on memories of the past, universal images and sensations.

The goal is to develop an awareness of the body
in a profound listening to ourselves. The limits of our movement thus become spaces of exploration in which to get to know each other in a profound way.

The practice resumes habitual gestures, such as stretching, entering the water, grabbing a butterfly; with real attention to these daily actions, we bring greater spontaneity and lightness into the body.
At the end of the festival the winner of the popular vote will be decreed, who will be awarded the Bosca "Controcorrente" prize ._ cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_
